Lots of organizations set up their own stores to raise funds. Sometimes individuals will promise a percentage of profits to go to a cause, but I have read tips that the accounting is much smoother and easier if you have an official store for the group. Browse the Zazzle officially licensed brands and partners such as Dr. Seuss, Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter,  the armed forces, several universities, non-profits including Environmental Defense Fund, and many more. They may give you ideas for your own group.

Convert your favorite items from taped on the refrigerator to magnetized to the refrigerator - or other magnetic surface. This is a good idea for emergency info, photos of family members, famous recipes, keepsake cards, children's art or other gems. I am keen to see salmon populations saved, as well as the forage fish and other organisms they feed on, and the habitats in which they make their nests and migrate. This includes streams, rivers and oceans. Eel grass in estuaries, as well as sand, gravel, and boulders along the bottom of streams are vital too. Shade from tall trees overhanging riparian corridors is also of vital importance. Restoring conditions for predators such as grizzly bears and dolphins usually involves attention to the whole ecosystem.

The family above grows wild on a hillside of the South Bay Trail in Bellingham. Western sword ferns (Polystichum munitum) are native plants in western North America. There are many cultivars being sold but it is best to purchase the native variety. They are neat for many reasons. They appear sturdy and delicate simultaneously.The word sword in the name sounds very powerful and their height and constitution are strong, but they are graceful at the same time bowing down in a rainfall and swaying gently but with fine posture with moderate sunshine. They are rather carefree in the garden and should reappear annually healthy and upstanding. This fern variety is a practical groundcover that aesthetically accents almost any garden design. Typically liking low light and almost any soil condition, it is good for remediating polluted air and soil, as well as helping to prevent soil erosion from hillsides. The new babies are called fiddleheads which of course adds cute appeal. They also might protect you from evil spirits (see this Washington Native Plant Society article). Enjoy!

Hares and rabbits are members of the Lagomorpha order. The most common hare in North America is the Snowshoe Hare. The most common rabbit in North America is the Cottontail.
